Honor Magic 7 Pro and Magic 7 Lite: prices and technical sheets revealed before their launch in Europe
At the end of October 2024, Honor announced a new high-end smartphone in its home country: the Magic 7 Pro. Its international launch, and therefore in Europe, is now awaited. Moreover, there are indications of a launch very soon.
91Mobiles has indeed shared a listing of a “European website” referencing the launch price in Europe of the Magic 7 Pro and Magic 7 Lite. We thus discover that the high-end model with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage will be sold at €1,225.90, compared to €376.89 for the mid-range 8/512 GB version.
While we know the technical sheet of the Pro model, the Lite version still remained quite discreet in the world of rumors. Good news, the listing puts an end to the suspense for this model. We thus discover that the Honor Magic 7 Lite would include:
- A 6.78-inch Oled screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a definition of 1224 x 2700 pixels
- A Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip
- A rear photo module with 108 Mpx main sensor and 6 Mpx ultra wide-angle sensor
- A 16 MP selfie camera
- A 6,600 mAh battery
- Android 14 with Magic OS 8.0
- A weight of 189 g
The big novelty would thus be in terms of autonomy, with a battery increasing from 5,300mAh on the Honor Magic 6 Lite at 6,600 mAh on the Magic 7 Lite. A previous media leak mentioned in passing that fast charging would go up to 66 W wired instead of 33 W.
As for the Magic 7 Pro, Honor would, without much surprise, take up the main lines of the model announced in China : 6.8-inch Oled screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite, rear module with a trio of 50 Mpx + 50 Mpx + 200 Mpx sensors, 50 Mpx selfie camera, 5,850 mAh battery compatible with 100 W wired and 80 W wireless charging W, wifi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 or even IP68/IP69 certification.
For information, the Magic 6 Lite was launched by Honor in France on January 10, 2024, and March 14 for the Magic 6 Pro. We could therefore expect a similar pattern in 2025, with an announcement for the high-end model at the end of February during the MWC.
