
Motowatt unveils its W1X electric motorcycles at the Lyon 2-wheeler show
Last week, motorcycle lovers were able to cross the Motowatt stand at the 2 -wheel show in Lyon. This young brand, founded by the Brothers Olivier and Henri Rabatel, presented two electric machines: the W1X and W1X Scrambler.
Assessments in France, these motorcycles with two -wheel drive and with Cantilever Monobras suspension promise a unique experience, combining performance and innovation. We want as proof of the characteristics of the two motorcycles:
Two electric axial flow engines, integrated into each wheel, for a combined power of 25 kW (34 horsepower);
- A range of 131 km according to the WMTC cycle, thanks to a 6.7 kWh battery;
- A maximum speed of 114 km/h (115 km/h for the Scrambler version);
- A weight of 178 kg, with 17 -inch wheels and 342 mm disc brakes;
- A recharge of 20 to 80 % in just 1 h 20, provided you opt for the optional 3.3 kW charger;

Motowatt has also thought of motorists, since models compatible with the B license, and therefore 125 cc equivalent, will be available.
A launch planned for the summer of 2025
Produced near Figeac (Lot, 46), these electric motorcycles made in France are already available in pre -order, with a first payment of 300 euros. Five colors are offered, for a launch price of € 14,950 for the W1X and € 15,450 to scrambled it.
