The customer must, during his order, necessarily choose between either benefit from the Burger Mystery offer, or benefit from the mystery veggie offer:

➥ With each order of a Veggie Mysterythe customer will be awarded one of the three (3) burgers:
A Whopper Veggie or a Steakhouse Veggie or a VEGGIE Chicken Louisiana Steakhouse

The operation will take place from March 3 to March 30, 2025 in all Burger King® restaurants located in mainland France.

Participation conditionsThe Mystery Burger offer and the Mystery Veggie offer and are exclusively accessible to the “Burger King” application downloadable on smartphone and tablet from AppStore or Google Play download platforms.

The “Burger King” application generates up to two (2) digital coupons per day and by phone including:

The two give access to the Mystery Burger offer and the Mystery Veggie offer, which are inseparable from each other as indicated in article 3 of this modalities (1 coupon = 1 Mystery burger offer or 1 mystery veggie offer, to the customer's choice);

It is specified that it is associated with each digital coupon:

A code to seven (7) alphanumeric characters valid in a terminal and in drive.

The two (2) digital coupons and the codes associated with it are issued every day at three hours (3:00 am) in the morning and are valid for twenty-four hours (24:00).

Access to the Burger Mystery offer and the Mystery Veggie offer may therefore be refused to anyone who cannot justify their digital coupon since their “Burger King” application and alphanumeric codes associated with it.

To be able to buy a mystery burger and a veggie, the customer will then have according to the order mode and the instructions that will be specified in restaurants and/or on the “Burger King” application:

Terminal

Click on the tile “Burger Mystery or Veggie Mystery” or on the tile “a coupon, a promotion”; AND
Scan the QR code or transmit the alphanumeric code appearing on the digital coupon.

Driven

Present yourself on the Drive track; AND
Scan the QR code (only for restaurants equipped with a SCAN Speaker box or a PAX) or transmit the alphanumeric code appearing on the digital coupon.

In Click & Collect, King Table and King Delivery

Start a click & collect, King Table or King Delivery command via the “Burger King” application;
Select the digital coupon in the “a coupon, a promo” category and validate. Once validated, the digital coupon will then be added directly to the basket.

At the cash register (only in case of difficulty to use his coupon in a restaurant)

present yourself at the counter;
Transmit the QR code or the alphanumeric code appearing on the digital coupon.

5. Terms of the Operation Burger Mystery and the Mystery Veggie offer are:

Limited to two mysterious burgers per day and by phone or two mysteries veggies per day and by phone or a mystery burger and a mystery veggie per day and by telephone (1 coupon = 1 mystery burger offer or 1 mystery veggie offer, to the customer's choice); AND
limited to the stocks of products available in each of the participating restaurants; AND
Unavailable for orders placed in delivery via aggregators (Deliveroo, Uber Eats); and
Not cumulative with any other offer or promotion in progress.
