Airfryer double drawer: the best models to know absolutely to cook faster and better

In his double stack series, Ninja took over everything we liked of his double -drawer airfryers to stick it on a new structure high. The drawers are not side by side, but one above the other to gain space. The double stack SL400EU is thus limited to 28cm wide against 41.5 for the AF400EU for the same capacity: 2 x 4.75L. Because the heating system takes place at the back of the drawers rather than above, the heating time is a little longer and the air circulates a little less well, but the performance remains very good and we find the same features to dehydrate, toast or, of course, fry with hot air.

The double drawer is convenient for cooking different foods at the same time, but you may have trouble putting a large piece of meat or a beautiful whole fish to grill it. This is not a problem with the AF500EU. It does not integrate two drawers, but only one large 10.4L drawer that is possible to separate to cook different preparations. It is the biggest we have seen on an Airfryer. Such a large drawer can also have some drawbacks, but not on the performance side. The Flex Flex is largely up to Ninja’s reputation in performance as in cooking possibilities.

Philips has delayed launching airfryers with double drawer, but the pioneer of the sector has caught up well in recent months and even offers one of the best models on the market with the NA352/00. In addition to heating quickly and at the temperatures requested, this model multiplies cooking modes with its integrated steam generator. And for always more flexibility, Philips opted for drawers of different sizes. The largest, with 6L against 3 for the other, can thus accommodate beautiful pieces of meat if necessary.

If you are looking for an affordable double -drawer Airfryer, EAF2 essential B is an interesting model. Admittedly, its command panel is not very responsive or intuitive, but its two 4L drawers offer a good capacity and our tests have shown completely acceptable cooking performance. The speed of heating is there and the temperatures requested are rather well respected overall. And if it does not heat up above 200 ° C, the fryer essential B can however stay at 50 ° C to dehydrate food, still offering good possibilities.
