Season 2 of Alien: Earth is therefore fast approaching, and it is also due to launch production in London next year. A change of scenery compared to the first season, which was filmed in Thailand. The information was relayed on the networks of the series via a short video.
In addition to this formalization, Noah Hawley has just signed a major new contract with the FX studio and Disney Entertainment Television (rumors speak of millions of dollars), which should allow him to continue to develop programs in the long term with them.

As a reminder, the series Alien: Earth takes place in 2120 – two years before the events of the film Alien, the eighth passenger – while Earth is ruled by five super corporations.
In this reality, cyborgs and synthetics coexist with humans, but everything changes when a young CEO launches hybrids, humanoid robots equipped with human consciousness and whose prototype Wendy, marks a new stage in the race for immortality.
But when a mysterious spaceship, the USCSS Maginot, crashes on Earth after an interstellar journey, Wendy and the other hybrids discover mysterious life forms, more terrifying than anything we could have imagined.

Alien: Earth was the first television series in the cult franchise initiated by Ridley Scott’s film in 1979. If at The Digitals we are among the people who are rather convinced by the show, the last episodes and their questionable choices have cooled our ardor. The program therefore has a lot to do to rectify the situation and offer a better quality season 2.
While it is too early to estimate a release date for this second season, The Digitals will obviously keep you informed. The entire series Alien: Earth is still available on the Disney+ streaming platform.
