You probably know the Apple smartphone catalog by heart: while the range iPhone 17 debuted in the fall of 2025, allowing the curious to discover an iPhone Air thinner than ever, it welcomed a little earlier in the year a iPhone 16eits least expensive terminal replacing the SE series. Featuring a format reminiscent of the iPhone 14 and 15, with its 6.1-inch display and its notch housing its Face ID module, the smartphone debuted at €719.

THE Black Friday has been there, and the smartphone is on advantageous promotion with at least two resellers: Pixmania, which charges €549 for it, and Amazon, which offers it for €599. As Apple’s device rarely drops below €600, the performance is worth noting.

iPhone made easy

The iPhone 16e is certainly not its most ambitious smartphone on a technical level, but it offers incomparable value for money in the Apple world. Behind its display hides a powerful A18 chip, flanked by 8 GB of RAM, but also a 4,005 mAh battery which gives it good autonomy. On the photo side, you certainly have to make do with a single 48 megapixel back module, but it has the merit of producing quality images. In short, this smartphone is an interesting entry point into the world of Apple, and it is all the more so at a price that is much closer to the crowd of competing mid-range smartphones available on the market.
