Cyberpunk 2077 optimized for Apple Silicon fleas arrives on MacOS but not for all Macs

CD Projekt Red declares that it has worked to integrate the specifics of Apple architecture. The game will offer graphic presets adapted to each Silicon Apple chip model. The most efficient configurations will benefit from advanced features such as the pathtracinga mode of raytracing integral designed to improve the rendering of lighting and ambient occlusion.

To guarantee fluidity, including with the most demanding graphic options, Cyberpunk 2077 On Mac integrates the technologies ofupscaling and generation of AMD FSR frames, as well as Apple Metalfx. The game also supports HDR for compatible screens, including Apple XDR Display, and offers sound immersion via space audio and head tracking with Apple AirPods.

Native integration and enriched content

Although Cyberpunk 2077 has been playable on Mac through the Apple game porting tool (Game Porting Toolkit) in recent years, this official version has been designed to fully exploit Apple Silicon fleas and Metal graphics APIs, including the Tile-Based Deferred Rendering (TBDR) architecture (TBDR).

The launch on Mac coincides with the release of Patch 2.3 for the game, which introduces new vehicles and an updated photo mode. Edition Ultimate Edition of Cyberpunk 2077 on Mac will support the progress crossed on all platforms and will include the extension Phantom Libertyas well as all major updates published to date.
