DREAME J1: A solar robot to clean the surface of the pools

After a First presentation last AprilDreame formalizes the marketing of the J1, an autonomous robot designed for cleaning the surface of the swimming pools. Notable particularity: the device works largely thanks to solar energy.

Thought to complete Type z1 background robots From the same brand, the J1 targets an often neglected but crucial area for the hygiene of the swimming pool: the water surface, where leaves, dust, insects and various deposits are permanently deposited at the bottom of the basin.

Continuous cleaning thanks to solar

Dreame J1 uses a double roll brush to eliminate dirt, including stains encrusted on the edges. It automatically covers the entire surface thanks to a “S” trajectory, adjusted in real time via sensors. The latter detect the walls to slow down the device when they approach, thus avoiding collisions.

With Solarsmart technology, the robot detects the sunniest areas in the basin to optimize its recharge, but it can also be powered via an AC adapter if necessary. This double power supply allows it to operate without interruption, including in the event of unfavorable weather.

A integrated chlorine diffusion system and controls via the app

Dreame J1 also incorporates a water treatment device. The user can manually insert chlorine pastilles, which the robot gradually dissolves during its cleaning cycles. This system aims to slow down the proliferation of algae and improve the clarity of water.

Thanks to the Dreamehome application, users can personalize cleaning modes, follow the robot in real time and trigger its return to the pool from the pool for easy recovery. Its large capacity tank is life and cleans with a jet of water

Dreame J1 is available for sale now, on the official Dreame, Amazon and several partner resellers. Its recommended public price is 599 euros, but a launch offer at 549 euros is offered during the first two weeks following its marketing.
