€ 25 to 50 € reduction on your iPhone or Mac repairs: the repair bonus is finally available in Apple Store

It will have taken time, but it is now official: Apple offers the repair bonus within its Apple Store. In a press release sent on July 30, 2025, the brand explains that its stores are now labeled Qualirépar, condition sine qua no For the application of the bonus.

This follows the request of union representatives who had finally convinced Apple to set up this discount for customers and customers who come to repair their featured equipment.

Concretely, this means that iPhone, iPad, and Mac of all kinds are now less expensive to repair thanks to an automatic and immediate discount of 25 to 50 €. Screens flocked with an apple (like the Display studio) as well as the speakers like the Homepod will also have the right to bonus. Only connected watches, Apple TV boxes and the vision pro helmet are not eligible.

Certain criteria are however to be met. The most notable is that the breakage should prevent the proper functioning of the device. Aesthetic damage (apart from screen break) is not eligible. The product should also not be covered by the warranty, must be held by one or an individual and comply with CE standards.

Eligible iPhones and iPads will therefore benefit from € 25 reduction on repair, HomePod of € 20, screens of € 30 (from € 100 billing) and MACs of € 50 (from € 150 billing). “”Once the repair has been made, the bonus is directly applied to the invoice during checkout, thus ensuring a clear and transparent process“Said Apple in its press release.

Better late than never

If Apple has been slow to join the ranks of Qualirépar labeled stores, its arrival in the ecosystem is good news for the development of the bonus. Apple has only twenty stores in France (against more than 5,000 traders already labeled), but the Apple Store have a strong capital of trust and significant influence power in the rest of the industry.

Obviously, you do not have to bring your broken iPhone in an Apple Store if you have none around you.
