When the season 2 is released from Fallout ?

Season 2 of Fallout will start on December 17, 2025 on the Video premium. Unlike the first season with which all the episodes were released the same day, the eight episodes of season 2 will be broadcast at the rate of one per week until February 4, 2026.

The story of season 2 of Fallout

Prime Video has not yet revealed the complete synopsis of this new season but we know that it will resume after the final of season 1 and will take the spectators in a trip through the desolate land of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas. Lucy and La Goule will be in the footsteps of Lucy’s father while Maximus will again deal with the brotherhood of steel.

As a reminder, the series takes place 200 years after the apocalypse, while “The peaceful inhabitants of the luxurious anti-atomic shelters are forced to return to the irradiated landscape abandoned by their ancestors, and discover with amazement an incredibly complex, joyfully strange and particularly violent universe that awaits them.”

Who is in charge of this season 2?

Fallout A for showing its two creators, Geneva Robertson-Dwotret and Graham Wagner, who are also executive producers with Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy (the creators of Westworld) and Athena Wickham of Kilter Films, as well as Todd Howard of Bethesda Game Studios and James Altman for Bethesda Softworks.

The series was developed in collaboration with Bethesda Game Studios, the developer behind the video game franchise launched in 1997 which inspires the show.

Several episodes of season 2 are produced by Frederick Eo Toye (Shōgun,, The Boys,, The Terminal List).
