Where to see the sea? Venice Beach and Santa Monica

To access the beaches from center of Los Angeles, you will need to take your car or a taxi (the journey lasts about twenty minutes), or take the pale blue metro line whose terminus is in Santa Monica.
Los Angeles, the city of the seventh art
Traveling to Los Angeles is also discovering cinema and its universe in an absolutely incredible way, because many places are dedicated to the seventh art. First of all is the most famous sidewalk in the world: the Walk of Fame, located on Hollywood Boulevard. This is where the 2,600 stars are located bearing the names of the stars of cinema and song. Among the famous stars, let us note that of the Beatles, of Mickaël Jackson, but also of French artists, like Charles Aznavour or the Lumière brothers … Go in search of them!
We continue with the Hollywood Museum: you will see an impressive collection of objects, accessories and artifacts used in films, and you will understand everything about the history and evolution of the seventh art. Now let us present you two events taking place each year in May, and which will allow you to discover Los Angeles more in depth, as if you live there. Those who travel with the family will appreciate the first event of our article, because, since its creation in 1921, La County Fair has attracted visitors from all corners of the United States! And for good reason: it is the fourth largest fair in the country. Originally, it was an agricultural exhibition, but nowadays you can find activities as varied as wine tastings, exhibitions, acrobatics shows, and, of course, concerts.
Despite this, the La County Fair has kept its old-fashioned charm and its old-school rides. If you are wondering what you can eat well (and we understand you!), Be aware that you will find many sellers serving the great classics of American fairs, such as cheese fries, oréos fried (yes, it exists!)
