
Forget the steam deck: MSI releases a portable console under steroids this August
After a first mixed test on the market for laptop consoles, MSI did not say its last word. His new Claw A8, Equipped with the recent Ryzen Z2 Extreme of AMDpromises high -flying performance in a transportable format. Pre -orders are launched in several European countries, and the release date is fast approaching. The bet is risky, but the first returns suggest a much more mature console than its predecessor.

MSI confirmed that the CLAW A8, also called “Claw 8 Ryzen Edition”, will be available in Europe from week 32, that is to say between August 4 and 10, 2025 at the latest. Offered at € 999, this price as announced by MSI Germany aligns with that of Claw 8 AI+. On the other hand, some retailers already list pre -orders at € 975 or € 978 depending on the version.
This time, MSI seems to have taken the time to do well. And to believe the first benchs, the Claw A8 could scratch where its competitors fall asleep.
