Foundation (Apple TV+): Chaos invites itself into the trailer of the ambitious season 3

If you have not grasped what is happening in the trailer, here is the official summary: 152 years after the events of season 2, the Foundation has firmly established well beyond its modest beginnings, while the Empire of the Cleon dynasty is in decline. While these two galactic powers try to build a fragile alliance, a new threat arises: that of a formidable warlord known as The Mule, ready to conquer the universe by physical and military force … but also by the control of thought.

Who will win? Who will lose? Who will live, and who will die? While Hari Seldon, Gaal Dornick, the Cléons and Demerzel compete in a game of intergalactic chess to the fatal issues whose outcome can predict the outcome.

The writers therefore continue without surprise to draw inspiration from the writings of Isaac Asimov, whose original novels date for the memory of 1951. On the casting side, Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell and Leah Harvey will be back.

In addition to Pilou Asbæk in the skin of the mule (which replaces Mikael Persbrandt who quickly embodied him in season 2), other many additions are to be raised: Cherry Jones, Brandon P.
