Operese: a utility to easily go from Windows 10 to Kubuntu
Responding to Technoporg’s pseudo, this student created Operese, a utility designed for easily and quickly transfer his Windows 10 files, applications and settings to Kubuntu distribution.
The latter, based on Ubuntu with Kde Plasma, was chosen for its stability and compatibility with third -party drivers. Technoporg does not then exclude proposing to migrate to other Linux distributions with its tool, based on Rust.
Note that Optése is not yet completely finalized or available, and that it will be made open source in the coming months.
