The Galaxy Z Fold 7 would abandon the S Pen
In a series of publications on BlueskyLeaker Roland whent shared what he presents as official marketing documents, which should have been presented during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025.
The latter highlight in particular the design all in the finesse of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. It would be 4.2 mm thick once unfolded, for a weight of 215 grams, that is, depending on the document, “less than a large chocolate tablet“, According to when it is confirmed Samsung’s desire to offer ever thinner and light folding models.

But it is above all the remarkable absence of an S Pen stylus which feeds the debates. “”None of the visuals mentions the S Pen on the Z Fold 7, which suggests that Samsung could have completely abandoned its compatibility“, Comments when a rupture, while the previous models made it possible to use a S Pen Fold Edition, sold separately.
As a reminder, the S PEN is useful on Fold because their large screen makes it possible to take full advantage of the functions of taking notes, drawing or annotation. His absence on the Z Fold 7 would limit these uses, which represents a decline compared to the previous models.
For its part, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 would display 6.5 mm thick once open, or “about the thickness of a pencil“, Still according to marketing visuals. A Z Flip 7 FE version would also be on the program, according to the initial flight on Monday.
Galaxy Watch 8: What about its design and storage?
The leak also includes images and technical sheets from the next Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic and Watch Ultra. The Watch Ultra would benefit from storage doubled at 64 GB, against 32 GB on the previous version, as well as an autonomy of up to 100 hours in energy saving mode. It would keep its 1.5 inch Amoled screen, a safety siren, and a double frequency GPS.

The Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic would resume a rounded design with a squirt box, and a luminosity pushed to 3,000 nits. The Classic version would be equipped with a 445 mAh battery (compared to 425 mAh before) and a single 1.3 inch case, with a silver rotary bezel and black or white dials. Samsung should formalize all these products during its Galaxy Unpacked event, scheduled for this Wednesday, July 9 at 4 p.m. (French time).
