GeForce RTX 5060 and 5060 TI: NVIDIA formalizes the three variations to conquer the mid -range
After unveiling all high -end and mid -range models in January at CES, Nvidia finally declines the 50 serial geForce RTX with more accessible models and the famous 60 series.
Obviously, all the technologies present in the 50 serial geForce 50, such as the DLSS 4, the Neural Rendering or the Blackwell architecture with its GDDR7 video memory, are present in the GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 TI.
With the GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 TI, NVIDIA wants to call for the owners of GeForce RTX 3060 and anterior. The brand thus promises gains multiplied by 8 by going from a GeForce GTX 1060 to a GeForce RTX 5060, without going through scaling and generation of the manufacturer's frames.
The transition from a GeForce RTX 3060 to a GeForce RTX 5060 TI would almost double the framerate.
Nvidia is not shy to highlight the DLSS 4 and especially the generation of multiple images. Thus, the GeForce RTX 5060 would be the ideal card to play recent games in 1080p with the DLSS 4, while the GeForce RTX 5060 TI would be intended for 1440p.
The GeForce RTX 5060 TI will be the first card available from April 16 from € 399 with 8 GB of video memory and € 449 with 16 GB. We should be able to offer you a test of the latter after the Easter holidays. The GeForce RTX 5060 will be available in May 2025 without more precision, at a price of $ 299. The price in euros has not yet been communicated to us.
