Google makes fun of the iPhone 17 which would inspire far too much from the pixel

The short sequence, called “Reponding to the Rumors”shows the two smartphones that discuss in a podcast format. The pixel talks about rumors about the iPhone’s camera block, to which Apple’s smartphone responds to him, with irony: “It’s crazy, can you imagine doing the same thing you did first, years later.”

The conversation continues when the iPhone admits that it has adopted several features of the pixel with years of delay such as night mode, equivalent of Night Sight, or the Clean Up functionality which is inspired by the Magic Eraser of Google and the widgets that have existed for years on Android.

The video ends on the iPhone which repeats the same sentence as the pixel which then answers him “Oh go!”. Google shows that in the war of smartphones, mockery is in order, especially when it targets Apple which is renowned for its years of delay on competition in terms of functionalities. Samsung had also made fun of the Cupertino firm in an advertisement.

But remember that innovation is reciprocal since many smartphones are also inspired by Apple for design and certain features. The comments under the video point out that this is a healthy competition which allows the market to evolve positively.
