Google Pixel 9a: Pre -orders postponed due to a component concern
THE Google Pixel 9a is official Since March 19, 2025. Tradition at Google wants it possible to pre-order a smartphone as soon as it is revealed. But this is not the case this time for the new and more affordable Android terminals of this range. At the central Android media, the Mountain View firm explained why.
Google plays caution with Pixel 9a
A “problem related to the quality of a component“was mentioned by Google, without further details concerning the said component. The company specifies that it will now be necessary to wait for an unknown date in April for the sale. Note that delivery from partner resellers was also scheduled for April.

Probably scalded by the many technical inconveniences that have enamelled the lives of previous Pixel smartphones, Google therefore seems to want to show itself this time specially cautious. Better to prevent than cure, as the adage wants.
A promising model that is desired
It must be said that with its attractive technical sheet (rising autonomy compared to the 8A, reinforced photo, strong software and hardware longevity …) and its reasonable price starting under the € 600, the Google Pixel 9a could certainly find its audience.

This decision not to open the valves too early before everything is perfect therefore seems to be a good decision on the part of the company. Do not panic if the terminal is not available for the purchase immediately, since unlike graphics cards, stocks should not come to miss.
