HBO Max cuts the engine from Dust
As emphasizes Deadlinethe cancellation of Dust is not very surprising. If the series has rather attracted criticism and those who watched it (with a score of 83% on Rotten Tomatoes), she also did not jostle the crowds on HBO Max as could have done The Pitt A few months ago.
Result, end of race for this show taking place in the 1970s and featuring the ex-actor of LostJosh Holloway, in the shoes of a driver working for a forced crime union to cooperate with the FBI to bring down the organization.

“While HBO Max will not continue a second season of Duster, we are very grateful to have had the chance to work with JJ Abrams and Latoya Morgan, and with our partners in Bad Robot and Warner Bros. Television,” said HBO Max in a statement.
The press release concludes: “We are very proud of this series carried by Josh Holloway and Rachel Hilson and we thank them, as well as the rest of the distribution and the team, for their incredible collaboration.”
