House of Guinness: an explosive trailer for the new series of the creator of Peaky Blinders

In September, Netflix transports us to the dublin of the 1860s to tell us the history of the Guinness family, at the origin of the famous black beer.

This new show is created by Steven Knight, the father of Peaky Blindersand is revealed in a trailer that promises a fiction rich in malt, hops … and family conflicts.

Succession in the world of hops

House of Guinness Take place in Dublin and New York in the 19th century, following the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the man behind the success of the Guinness brewery.

The series explores then “The considerable impact that his will had on his four adult children”Arthur (Anthony Boyle, Manhunt), Edward (Louis Partridge, Enola Holmes), Anne (Emily Fairn, The responder) and Ben (Fionn O’Shea, Normal people),, “But also on the Dublinois who work and interact with what can be called the Guinness phenomenon,” explains the official show synopsis of the show.

At the microphone of TudumKnight explained that Sir Benjamin’s will determines the trajectory of each of his children: “They each get something, and no one is happy.”

The trailer below indeed shows that the destinies of the two brothers Arthur and Edward find themselves closely linked, to the chagrin of the latter, Car Arthur is of the fairer type where Edward has major projects for the family brewery.
