Reimbursement of termination fees is still in place among operators, thus facilitating the recruitment of new subscribers. To make you want to come to them even more, OrangeSFR and Bouygues return with free activation… with a few conditions for some. Here are the ones!

Commissioning fees offered by all French operators

While Free still offers the commissioning fee of €49 since June 2025, other operators have admitted to being a little more cautious about the approach for some time, offering this free of charge from time to time.

Before the end of year holidays arrived, they finally all agreed to take care of this obligatory subscription operation.

This is how Orange offers coverage for its €49 activation costs for any subscription made via the web – without specifying how long this advantage will be offered. Same thing with its low-cost division, Soshwhich generally displays fees of €39.

On the side of Bouygues Telecomall Bbox offers see their activation fees of €48 offered, limited until December 1, a deadline for the flagship fiber subscription of recent months, B&You Pure Fiber. Those of SFR and RED by SFR, amounting to €49, are also reimbursed until an indefinite date.

As usual, we are talking about refund offers here. It is therefore necessary in the majority of cases to complete a short form to benefit from it, and thus receive the amount requested to activate the Internet line of your new subscription.

However, you should not take your time too much, given that these requests must be made within a limited period of time, generally within a maximum of 4 months.
