Loewe Stellar 97: a new OLED TV with diagonal and at the price…

“Designed, developed and fully assembled” in Germany. Like all OLED TVs from LOEWE, its latest addition, LOEWE STELLAR 97, comes out of its historic Kronach factory, in Bavaria.
This 97 -inch OLED TV is a first for the brand, by its size, and is also part of the continuity of its efforts. Its aluminum composite composite panel and its brushed aluminum border combine to form a case with an identifiable design immediately. The connection is hidden at the rear, and Loewe has provided elegant cable management, such as the lateral AV tunnel which allows you to completely hide them. A design rewarded with the IF Design Award 2025 and the Red Dot Design Award.

A giant oled slab at the top?

The Oled Ultra HD Open Cell panel is provided “naked” by LG Display before being enriched with “advanced features” thought by German engineers from Loewe. Thus, the combination of Dolby Vision IQ Precail Detail technology and meticulous calibration, made in Loewe workshops, should allow the 4K Ultra HD slab to produce loyal, bright colors (up to 1,100 cd/m2) and a “striking contrast”. What strengthen the immersion that such a slab does not fail to offer.

To play and watch your favorite series and movies

Loewe also highlights this ability to immerse for gaming. On its four HDMI connectors, two are compatible 2.1, which allows it to manage 4K at 144 Hz in VRR. Perfect for connecting a latest generation living room console.
In addition, the Loewe TV is compatible with the Vidaa Cloud Gaming Zone platform and services like Blacknut and Boosteroid. Recent consoles controllers can also be easily connected to this giant TV.

Its double triple tuners also guarantees to easily program recordings or use the Timeshift function, which allows you to pause a broadcast program, to take it back when you want.
The Stellar 97 is also compatible with the main video streaming services – Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix or YouTube. The applications to access these platforms are preinstalled with Loewe OS9, a reworked version of Vidaa OS, of Hisense, on the SSD of 1 on board.

Again, Loewe has the intelligence not to seek to reinvent an operating system and opts for a growing solution and recontent improvement, which gives it access to services that it could not offer elsewhere in view of its sales volumes. Anyway, if the bone is thought of by the Chinese giant Hisense, the interface is signed by Loewe. The connected operating system is given to be reactive and provide quick access to your favorite entertainment. It will also be possible to use Miracast or Apple Airplay to display content easily on its giant slab. Finally, the LOEWE TV is compatible with the Matter home automation standard, for example, to see that sounds at your door on your TV, if you have a compatible connected doorbell.
To manage this monster, Loewe also indicates to treat her remote control. It incorporates infrared, Bluetooth, voice command, a backlit navigation ring – for easy use in dark – and direct access keys to streaming services.

Sound and light

Loewe was among the first manufacturers to treat the audio partition of its televisions. In this case, the Loewe Stellar 97 has a soundbar. Hidden behind a façade in matt black fabric specially designed and placed on each side of Loewe’s “eye”, it produces a power of 300 W, front oriented. You can also ensure that these speakers become the central path of a multi -channel home cinema environment.
Because, the Stellar 97 is obviously compatible with the entire brand’s audio ecosystem. From its multiroom amplifier to its Klang Bar 3 or 5 speakers, including the Klang MR3 and 5 or the Klang Sub5 bass box.
The audio is essential but does not do everything when you want to strengthen immersion. Magic.light technology, from Loewe, is there in reinforcement. It thus produces light animations which extend the atmosphere of the film watched. It is of course possible to customize this lighting, via a dedicated menu, and thus play with all the chromatic spectrum, also adjusting the brightness, saturation and duration of animations. It is also possible to deactivate everything.

The first models of the Loewe Stellar 97 should be available at the end of July, for a price which may however make your banker cough. The recommended sale price is indeed 29,999 euros.
