After a convincing Edge 60 fusion, Motorola widens its range with two new models: the Moto Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro. These devices combine style and robustness, with a curved screen on the four sides creating an immersive visual experience. The two models are available in different colors overseen by Pantone, with modern finishes that imitate leather or nylon for the pro model.
In addition to a certain level of elegance, these two smartphones are also very resistant. With IP68/69 and MIL-STD-810H certifications, they are protected from water, dust and shocks. It is therefore possible for the more guignard of us to use them on a daily basis without fear of damaging them. In addition, their Corning Gorilla Glass 7i glass makes them even more durable.
A powerful processor for each model
Under this neat design, the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro hide impressive potential. The Edge 60 Pro has the Mediatek Dimensity 8350 Extreme, an ultra-powerful chip that promises a fluid mobile experience, high definition videos and optimized multitasking management.
The Edge 60 uses the Dimensity 7300, more affordable, but still sufficiently efficient for daily use. The two devices are accompanied by 8 to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
A promising photo shutter
Motorola emphasizes photography with these new models. The EDGE 60 Pro has a triple module made up of a 50 megapixel main sensor, an ultra -wide angle of 50 Mpx and a 10 MP telephoto lens. A 3X optical zoom and a super zoom up to 50x are also present for long distance photos.
For its part, the Edge 60 benefits from a similar configuration. For lovers of selfies and lifestyle shots, the two models are equipped with a 50 MP front camera, and take advantage of artificial intelligence to improve shots by automatically adjusting colors, reducing noise and stabilizing the images for optimal rendering.
Conforable endurance
The EDGE 60 Pro has a battery of 6000 mAh, leaving to hope for up to 2 days of use according to the brand of Lenovo, with an ultra-fast load at 90 W. In just a few minutes of load, the manufacturer promises a full day of conventional use.
The Edge 60 is content with an accumulator of less capacity, but despite everything generous, of 5200 mAh, and the fast charge at 68 W, as the very successful Moto Edge 60 Fusion.
AI rendered accessible
Motorola incorporates artificial intelligence tools in its smartphones to improve the user experience. Features such as Next Move Analyze what appears on the screen and suggest contextual actions, such as adding information to the calendar or the creation of suitable musical playlists.
The virtual Moto AI assistant is also optimized, with tools like Remember Meto remember the missed notifications, or Pay attentionallowing to take notes or transcribe audio files quickly.
Price and availability
The two devices will be available in May 2025, from € 479 for the EDGE 60, and € 699 for the Pro version. A tariff positioning that places them in the average of high -end smartphones, but with features that make them very attractive.
