MOVA is focusing on AI and cable without cables for its Lidax Ultra and Viax Lidax-Tunders robots

Mova, a young brand born in 2024 and from the Dreame ecosystem, continues to find a place in the garden robots sector. After 600 and 1000 models launched earlier in the year, that we had the opportunity to testthe company presented three new mowers at IFA 2025: Lidax Ultra, Lidax Ultra AWD and Viax 250/300
Lidax Ultra: a Lidar sensor associated with a camera
Lidax Ultra inaugurates the UltraView 2.0 system, combining Lidar 3D and HDR camera. This device automatically maps the terrain, even under low light conditions or when the GPS signal is limited.

The mower recognizes more than 300 different objects, adjusts its cut from 3 to 10 cm and incorporates an Ultrarim 1.0 function to reduce the unloded area along the walls. It can circulate in 60 cm passages and cross slopes up to 45%.
Lidax Ultra AWD: full motorization for steep slopes
The AWD declination is based on an evolution called UltraView 3.0, which combines Lidar and double camera for a thinner cartography. Its all -wheel drive with independent engines on each wheel allows it to face slopes exceeding 80%.
Its cutting system is based on two 40 cm wide discs. Precision on the edge drops to 1.5 cm thanks to Ultrarim 2.0, which limits almost any manual retouching. The device has a battery of 162 Wh and accepts an optional pickup tray.
Viax 250/300: A compact solution for small gardens
The Viax series is targeting more modest surfaces, with different technology: Ultraeyes 1.0, which relies on a double HDR camera and AI to establish virtual cards without wiring or RTK station.
It allows you to manage several areas, narrow passages (60 cm) and slopes of 40 %. The cutting height is adjustable from 2 to 6 cm thanks to a floating system which follows the irregularities of the soil. Emphasis is also put on safety: animal recognition, specific modes to avoid collisions, video surveillance and anti-intrusion alerts.
