Mova Mobius 60, a robot vacuum cleaner that thinks by zones and floor types with 3 mops

THE robot vacuum cleaner market is not lacking in innovations, but Mova intends to bring a new approach with its Mobius 60, presented as the first model capable of cleaning in a personalized way, area by area, thanks to AI. This robot combines strong suction power, fine washing management and a docking station capable of doing everything: empty the dust, fill and clean the mops, then dry them with hot water.

The heart of the system is based on the “MopSwap Hub”, a base which automatically manages three interchangeable mops depending on the area to be cleaned. The one called “ThermoHold” (red), heated to 40°C, targets kitchen floors and greasy stains. The “Plush” model (yellow), with soft fibers, is suitable for parquet floors and delicate surfaces and can also be combined with a nourishing wood care solution. Finally, “HyperClean” (blue) ensures daily maintenance of hard floors and traffic areas.

The system is based on the Movahome application, which allows the robot to map rooms, identify floor types and automatically adapt its cleaning mode.

Suction pressure, obstacle clearance and self-cleaning

Under its hood, the Mobius 60 has a motor reaching 30,000 Pa, one of the highest suction levels on this type of device. Its system creates a semi-sealed chamber when it detects carpet, increasing pressure to remove embedded dust and hair. A dual brush and anti-tangle mechanisms complete the package.

Another particularity, the StepMaster 2.0. This device allows the robot to cross thresholds or door rails up to 8 cm, thanks to small retractable legs which lift the chassis, in order to move without assistance between rooms and coverings, including on irregular floors.

The docking station ensures that the mops are washed at 100°C, with UV sterilization, then hot air drying. The robot automatically empties into a 3.2 l dust bag, and the water tanks (5.5 l clean / 4 l used) limit handling. Mova thus announces minimal maintenance and reinforced hygiene, bacteria and viruses being eliminated by 99.99% according to the brand.

The Mova Mobius 60 is sold in France at a retail price of €1,499. A full set of accessories comes with the device, including three pairs of mops, two dust bags, and two cleaning solutions.
