Netflix news: films and series not to be missed in June 2025

Summer is on our doorstep, but that does not prevent the streaming giant from thinking of those who prefer the comfort of their sofa to the sweetness of sunny days. Netflix streaming platform is thus back in June 2025 with a generous arrival of new films, series and documentaries.

A less flamboyant delivery than usual, but which nevertheless offers us the epic conclusion of Squid gamethe big arms of Ciryl Gane and the expected return of Ginny & Georgiato try to compete with Video premium,, Disney+,, Max And Canal+ A little more in the retro.

In the preamble to the presentation of the list of new features of Netflix in June, here is our selection of the film and the series on service as usual.

The Netflix series of the month

Squid game – Season 3

Gi-Hun is wiped out by the loss of his best friend and plunged into a deep despair by the master of the game, who had hidden his true identity to infiltrate the game. While the latter goes to the next step and the choices of survivors have more and more serious consequences with each test, Gi-Hun is determined to put an end to the game once and for all.

The event series returns for a third and ultimate chapter which promises to be more breathless than ever. A conclusion in which spectators will be able to discover new mortal games, and follow Gi-Hun in his quest to stop the famous Squid Game. Six new episodes of a well -oiled Netflix program, devilishly effective and obviously essential.

Ko

Bastien saw reclusive since he accidentally killed his opponent Enzo, 3 years earlier, during a MMA fight. The widow of Enzo finds him and comes to ask him for help. Bastien is his only hope to rescue Léo, his teenage son who disappeared in the northern districts of Marseille. Bastien then goes to his search. On his way, he crosses Kenza, a young cop ready to do anything to bring down the new barons of the Marseille city. Leo is in great danger, you have to do it quickly.

Taken,, Equalizer,, Inspector Harry… The “Vigilante Movie” (or self-defense film in French) has definitely lost nothing of its popularity with the years. Ko will try to put a French and Marseillaise color with this very codified … and very brutal genre. In the role of the unstoppable avenger, the French champion of MMA Ciryl Gane puts himself in comedy in front of Antoine Blossier’s camera (Totems). A novelty that will mostly appeal to fans of Bourre-Pifs … or the curious.
