News CANAL+: series and films not to be missed in August 2025

Nesting Netflix,, Video premium,, HBO Max And Disney+Canal+ unveiled the list of new films, series and documentaries to come on its channel and streaming service in August 2025.

On the program for this month, some exclusive content such as the new series Dexter: Resurrectionbut also a catalog fueled by the programs ofApple TV+Cinema+ ocs and even Paramount+.

Dexter: Resurrection

Dexter Morgan comes out of a coma several weeks after receiving a bullet in the chest pulled by his son Harrison who has since fled without leaving traces. Resolved to repair his mistakes, Dexter decides to go looking for him in New York. But Dexter’s past catches up with him; Angel Batista of the Miami police found him and he has questions. Dexter and his son apprehend their darkness differently, but it is together that they will be able to control and get out of it.

The most famous fictitious serial killer on the small screen is back in the guise of Michael C. Hall in a third series which shows that this dear Dexter is definitely inconsistent. His new adventures in New York are more risky than ever but will ravier the fans of the former forensic expert and his black passenger.

The Lord of the Rings – The Rohirrim War

More than 180 years before the adventures of Frodon Sacquet and the Ring community, the Kingdom of Rohan sees its destiny switch when a marriage proposal ends with a tragic death. The mythical king Helm Main-Marteau then becomes the target of Wulf, Lord of the Dunlending people, who lifts an army to attack the Rohirrim and avenge the disappearance of his father. The besieged capital, he returns to Hera, the daughter of the sovereign, to protect and guide the people of Rohan.
