Numériques flows into the water: our pool robot tests are there

They crawl, they brush, they climb the walls, sometimes without cable or helped by AI they explore the basins of your gardens and especially they avoid you diving the first in its maintenance. Yes, pool robots have changed. And among digital, we decided to take a serious interest in it.
With the rise of these autonomous devices, often compared to Their cousins aspirate robotsthe market is making a large plunge towards innovation: no more tangled cables, places wireless models, covered with sensors, enduring batteries, and even sometimes a dose of artificial intelligence to optimize journeys and adapt to the shape of the basin. We are not (yet) on Robots chatting with dolphinsbut we get closer to it.
It therefore seemed natural to us to launch a New section dedicated to pool robot tests. As always, we will use our technical know-how and our rigorous protocol, adapted to these aquatic machines. Suction of the background, trajectories, ergonomics, cleaning of water or surface lines: everything will be screened … or rather to the digital landing net.
Why do we get started now?
Because the context lends itself to it. France is the first country in Europe in number of private swimming pools, with more than 3.5 million installed pools combining buried and fixed above ground pools according to the Federation of Pool and Spa professionals (FPP). As soon as a pool is put into service, individuals quickly realize that maintenance is a step to which you do not cut if you want to calmly enjoy your swimming pool.
In parallel, pool robots gain in maturity: more autonomous, often wireless, sometimes with AI, they are no longer reserved for high -end installations. The general public is equipped, and the models are increasing. It was therefore natural for digital people to immerse themselves in this subject, with the rigor of testing that makes our trademark.
The first models are already Test in our outdoor laboratory. Keep an eye on our site, other models will come to expand this new section.
