Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short will soon be back on Disney+ To conduct a new investigation in season 5 of the series Only Murders in the Building. This will arrive on the streaming service from Tuesday, September 9.

While the series has just been (once again) named for theEmmy Award The best comedy (as well as in six other categories), now Disney+ prepares to broadcast season 5 ofOnly Murders in the Building.

The show created by Steve Martin and John Hoffman (Grace & Frankie), and produced by Dan Fogelman (This is us,, Paradise), returns with 10 unpublished episodes that will see Charles, Oliver and Mabel looking at the suspicious death of their beloved concierge, Lester.

“Their investigation plunges them into the dark corners of New York and beyond-where the trio discovers a dangerous network of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, mafia from another time and the mysterious inhabitants of Arconia,” explains the official synopsis of this season 5.

“They bring to light a deeper fracture between the historic city they thought they knew and the new New York which evolves around them – a world where the old mafia fights to keep its place in the face of the emergence of new actors even more dangerous.”

This fifth season brings together faces seen in the previous episodes of the series, including Meryl Streep, Da’vine Joy Randolph, Richard Kind and Nathan Lane, as several new guest actors like Bobby Cannavale, Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Christoph Waltz, Téa Leoni, Keegan-Michael Key, Beanie Feldstein Dianne Wiest or Jermaine Fowler.
