In addition to better informing users, the objective of this new rule is to help content creators and other beneficiaries to verify that their production is not used without authorization. What also check that the option of preventing AI from using its content is indeed respected.
This is how we can establish confidence in AI and release all its potential for the benefit of the economy and society.
This summary must be published on the supplier’s website and, obviously, updated regularly. In the event of non-compliance with the instruction from August 2, 2027 for the models already present on the market before applying this rule, companies behind AI models can incur a very important fine.
