Openai loses four of her talents, Meta does everything to catch up
OPENAI is a leader in the AI field and its engineers are responsible for this dominant position. Meta has already recruited Trapit Bansal, a former major company researcher who develops Chatgpt. Now, Shengjia Zhao, Jiahui Yu, Shuchao Bi and Hongyu Ren join the adventure.

Sam Altman, manager of Openai, is hostile to Meta, saying that the company offers “Signing bonuses of one hundred million dollars” and specifies that “So far, none of our best people” is not gone.
Andrew Bosworth, director of Meta, explains that senior leaders have been able to receive offers but that the “real conditions” are more complex than a bonus. We may be talking about actions and other bonuses.
In short, the talent war rages in the world of AI. Meta seeks to fill her delay on Openai, like almost everyone, directly attracting her competent employees. The company is betting on these talents to improve future Llama models.
It is therefore not just a competition: Meta seeks to catch up in a technological race where Openai is ahead with Chatgpt whose GPT-5 model is eagerly awaited.
