Package return times: Amazon, Fnac and Darty have excellent news for you

The end-of-year holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Day, and even Black Friday, are a boon for businesses, with a generous influx of customers coming to do their shopping. AmazonFnac and Darty are also adapting to this period, allowing them to return their packages for a longer period, now until January 2026.

Returning an Amazon, Fnac and Darty package is now possible until January 2026

Are you ready to make gifts to please your family and friends during the end-of-year holidays? Good news, everyone is doing their part to ensure a return of your packages in case the present did not meet the expectations of some of your loved ones.

Amazon has in fact extended the return period to January 31, 2026 for products purchased between November 1 and December 25.

For their part, Fnac and Darty offer returns until January 15, 2026 for orders placed between November 1 and December 31. “The extension also concerns stored products as well as Fnac Secondary Vie and Darty Secondary Vie products”specifies the group.

Please note, large household appliances and televisions as well as products purchased on the marketplace — or from third-party sellers — are not affected by these two resellers. Return times are therefore limited to 15 days after receipt.

For Boulanger, who entered the dance shortly before these three brands, the return period granted now extends until January 31, 2026 for purchases made between October 31 and December 26, 2025.

In short, no more need to stress about choosing gifts: these new return policies give you the entire month of January to rectify the situation.
