Prime Day 2025: Amazon unveils a period of extended promotions and a new subscription for young people

As every year, Amazon will hold this summer Prime Day, a period of promotions to shop online at a lower cost. Always reserved for the prime members, this event will benefit for its 2025 edition of two interesting new features, which could well make things more attractive.

An extended period for the Prime Day 2025

First of all, the dates … The Prime Day 2025 session will take place from July 8 to 11. Usually for two days, this period of promotions extended to four days should allow more time to sail in the 35 categories of products concerned (tech, beauty, house, leisure, sport, etc.).

Beyond the products sold by Amazon, such as Echo or Fire TV Stick devices, many brands such as Aigle, Dim, Eastpak, Garmin, Geox, Levi’s, LG, Nivea, Petit Bateau, Samsonite or Tefal will participate.

New Amazon Subscription Prime for young people

In an attempt to seduce more young people, Amazon also launches an Amazon prime dedicated subscription. Normally, the Amazon Prime subscription is billed € 69.90/year (or € 6.99/month). This therefore allows you to take advantage of Prime Day, but also fast delivery, the premium video streaming service and many other firm services (Prime Gaming, Amazon Photos, Amazon Music, etc.).

For 18-22 year olds (and not 26 years as is often the case for offers of this type), students or not, the price is now divided by two. It is therefore possible to subscribe for a year for € 34.95, or to choose the monthly formula at € 3.49. A trial period of three months at no cost is also there.
