Do you want to monitor access to your home without starting major work? Solocam S220 is a particularly simple outdoor surveillance camera to install and use daily. It not only incorporates a battery, but also a solar panel which avoids having to recharge it. On the performance side, it is not the best model of our comparison, but it can still detect people up to 6m and we were able to identify a face at 5m by exploiting its images. For less than 50 euros during this Prime Day, it is certainly a good deal.

This Tapo camera is another interesting option to monitor access to the house without investing too much. Amazon the Brade at only € 35. It is certainly without battery and therefore requires drawing a power to install it, but it is motorized and capable of following the movements. It was very reactive in our laboratory, to follow the movements as if to detect them elsewhere, and the recordings are of good quality overall.
