It left for the quarterly renewal of the permanent “internet boost” offer at Orange.

Boost : an Internet social offer, reserved for people with a CAF or MSA family quotient less than or equal to € 700 and the ASPA beneficiaries (solidarity allowance for the elderly).
Internet boost is without commitment, apparently always without the new Orange or SOSH commissioning costs and includes an internet-TV-fixed fixed access, an optional low cost laptop and free digital support.

Since recent offers SOSH, RED, B & Y, and Free, the offer is behind in debit, but remains cheaper. We can hope that the flow goes to 1Gb/s,…, one day.
The offer::
– Internet (“only” 500MB/S symmetrical: it is sufficient),
– phone (unlimited to fixed France; unlimited to mobile is an option +€ 5),
– Orange TV : The App for Connected TV or Android TV Box (Googletv, Apple TV, Samsung TV) and the mobile, tablet or PV app are free: the decoder allows you to receive more channels and 4K, but the first set -up of the decoder is 40 €)
– Always for € 15.99 per month : no commitment, no price increase, no termination fees
– Open discounts On the cumulative Orange mobile abOS (not SOSH) with new mobile or portability offers, cumulative with discounts 18-26 years. .
– Access to Discounts on a cheap reconditioned PC.

Eligibility for the offer : Contracting: QF CAF or MSA less than € 700or sEnior beneficiary of ASPA . Eligibility to be confirmed every 12 months, 2 months before around.

Price: € 15.99 per month: Fiber unless it is not eligible and then XDSL. 40 € for TV decoder and activation of the TV account.

File to be made with social supporting documents: This can take from one to three weeks, especially during periods of strong requests (back to school, sales …) where the dedicated cell which validates the files may be overwhelmed. Currently, it’s going fast; 2-3 days for some.
Then, each year we must confirm its eligibility: if you are no longer eligible, you have to change your offer .. or operator. Normally we receive a reminder.

Note on QF CAF : This is obtained by applying for the CAF (family allowances, APL, etc.) whether or not. The QF CAF, takes into account the services received in addition to income, but is more favorable than the tax qf for isolated people, who have two shares, as a childless couple.

You can migrate from an orange or Sosh offer to a quick boost and without cut.
We can come from a other operatorwith or without portability, With reimbursement by tranche, termination feesVia credit on invoice (€ 50 between 15 and 75 costs, 100th between 75 and 125, 150th beyond, if fiber).

In Livebox 5 and 500MB/S symmetrical fiber which is sufficient for most households, with the Internet orange heart the best in France (operator Tier 1).

For TV : You have to ask for: (reminder 40 € of commissioning costs, and sending the decoder, the UHD 4K decoder). If we take the offer in migration of an orange offer (including SOSH) with TV, we keep our decoder, and we do not pay the 40 €.
New: April: The Orange TV app connected to Google TV, Android TV, Samsung Post 2019 is available for free, even without a decoder.

– The certificate QF <= 700 € (2 months of maximum seniority) or MSA or ASPA

In the event of a problem: “For any information on your file, you can contact the Social Subscription Service at the Green number: 0800 007 726”. (Attention, very great patience sometimes necessary; and to have a human advisor the choice 1 (boost) then 3 (renewal) can work more often).

The reference price € 24.99 is that of the SOSH fiber offer new current customer, which is the lowest rate, excluding provisional discounts and flash promotions, to have internet access at Orange.
