Technical information
What is the MH100 XL campsite tent made up?
You will find in the cover of your camping tent everything you need for its assembly:
– 1 bedroom;
– 1 double waterproof roof;
– 3 arches (2 black arches for the bedroom and 1 red hoop for the double roof);
– 15 sardines;
– 4 shrouds.
How to go up and dismantle the MH100 XL tent?
For the MH100 XL tent, this is a classic dome montage.
Just install the hoops with the room, then put double-Toit over it.
Then, install the 3rd arceau for the storage area.
For disassembly, simply do the reverse manipulation.
Which mattress used with the MH100 XL dome tent?
With the MH100 XL tent, we recommend that you use a self -inflating mattress or a maximum 65 cm tread mattress.
It is not recommended to use an inflatable mattress over 8 cm thick in this tent.
Indeed, this greatly decreases the volume inside the tent and promotes condensation inside.
How is condensation limited in the MH100 XL tent?
To allow air to circulate and be renewed between the room and the double roof and to best limit the natural condensation phenomenon, the tent has 1 ventilation on the top and 1 interior door with mesh on the upper part.
How is the impermeability of the MH100 XL tent tested?
Like all our tents, the MH100 XL tent was tested in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee its waterproofing.
For this, this camping tent was fully placed for 3 hours under a shower poured 200 liters of water per hour.
The double roof is made of PU polyester PU 2000 mm Schmerber, the polyethylene floor mat 120 g/m², and all the seams are stanching by thermocolée strips.
What is the wind resistance from the MH100 XL tent?
The MH100 XL tent was tested in a wind tunnel on a rotating tray in order to exhibit each of its faces. To validate the test, the well -mounted tent with all the well -deployed shrouds around the tent must remain habitable with a wind speed measured at 40 km/h near the ground (force 5).
