Please note, only some numbers are included: they must belong to a precise list of numbers corresponding to the orange mobiles in each of these countries.
What numbers are eligible?
The list is technical, but essential: only the numbers beginner with very precise prefixes are included. Here are some examples:

Ivory Coast: 2,250707 at 22507984 (Orange only)
Mali: 2237, 22382, 22383, etc.
Madagascar: 26132, 26137

Calls to other operators or numbers not in this list will be invoiced at the usual prices in the area.
