
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds – Good news for fans of the SF series
Star Trek: Strange New World will be able to go after the ambition of its creators and will be entitled to a total of five seasons on Paramount+. While the third is expected this summer On the streaming service and that a fourth has already been ordered, now the platform has announced that the series will have a season 5 which will also be the last of this pre that Star Trek.

Paramount+ announced the renewal of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds For a fifth and last season, specifying that it will only contain six episodes, while the others are made up of 10 episodes each.
In a press release, executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers and Alex Kurtzman said they were “Deeply grateful to Paramount+” to be able to complete their five -season objective for Strange New Worldas they had imagined.
“From the start, Strange New Worlds wanted to honor what Star Trek has always represented: a limitless curiosity, the hope and the conviction that a better future is possible,” continued the press release. “And thank you to the passionate fans who courageously joined us in this adventure. With three other spectacular seasons to discover and appreciate, this adventure is far from over.”
Goldsman and Myers are the co-shows of this series produced by CBS Studios whose fourth season is currently filming in Toronto.

Season 3 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds On the other hand on our screens on July 17 with its first two episodes. New episodes will then be broadcast every Thursday on Paramount+, until the end of the season on September 11.
In this new season, “The crew of the USS Enterprise, always under the command of Captain Pike, has to face the conclusion of the trying meeting of the second season with the Gompels. But new lives and civilizations await them, including a villain who will test the courage and determination of our characters.”
