The Toyota BZ4X is a 100% electric 5-door family SUV, designed on the E-TNGA platform dedicated to electric. It offers a generous interior space, a flat floor and a habitability comparable to that of an SUV of the upper segment. It is available in two engines: traction (204 hp, 0-100 km/h in 7.5 s) or AWD all-wheel drive (218 hp, 0-100 km/h in 6.9 s), for flexible, reactive and silent driving.
Its autonomy reached up to 513 km (WLTP mixed cycle) in its traction version, thanks to a lithium-ion battery of 71.4 kWh cooled by liquid, ensuring performance and durability. The recharging can be done by alternating (AC up to 11 kW) or in direct current (DC up to 150 kW), allowing recharging of 80 % in about 30 minutes on a quick terminal.
The BZ4X takes on the latest Toyota Smart Connect technologies with a 12.3 ”touch screen, Apple Carplay and Android Auto Sans wireless compatibility, Cloud navigation, remote updates (OTA), and many driving aids from the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0: adaptive regulator, intelligent emergency braking, panels, dead, etc.
Comfort is there thanks to bizone automatic air conditioning, the heated front seats, the reversing camera, the motorized tailgate (depending on finish) and the optional panoramic roof. The exterior design combines tense lines, 18 or 20 inch rims, LED lights and full grille.
