Tesla cuts prices in France: the Model 3 Standard finally arrives

After a seduction operation around its fully autonomous driving in France, on trial until the end of the yearTesla launched a new vehicle in France: the Model 3 Standard. To seduce, Elon Musk’s car manufacturer sacrifices its prices, dropping to €36,990, far from the price of the Long Autonomy version.
The Model 3 Standard arrives on French roads, Tesla is doing everything to seduce
Last Octoberthe Model Y Standard and Model 3 Standard have appeared on Tesla’s American configurator. Two days later, France was also entitled to new accessible version of the Model Ybut not that of the Model 3.
Good news: Tesla finally announced in a press release on December 5, 2025 that the Model 3 Standard was finally available for order in France, at a price of €36,990. But at this price, what does Elon Musk’s company offer?
In terms of design, we are almost on the recent restyled version of the Model 3, with only three differences on the outside: 18-inch Prismata rims, mirrors without automatic dimming and passive shock absorbers. Small point to note: the free standard color is white, while black and gray cost an extra €1,300 on the final bill. Blue and red thus remain exclusive to more high-end models.
The savings are then found inside the cabin: seats with durable fabric instead of vegan leather, an audio system that goes from 9 to 7 speakers, as well as the disappearance of multi-colored ambient lighting. At the rear, we note the removal of heating and electric reclining of the seats, but also of the touch screen.
Autopilot is then included, with adaptive cruise control and lane keeping included. As soon as Europe has approved Supervised Automatic Driving (FSD)this can be activated on the Model 3 Standard, for a fee of course (€7,500). The improved Autopilot is still available at a price of €3,800.
In terms of performance, Tesla is not lazy, with still the possibility of exceeding 200 km/h, 0 to 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds, a WLTP mixed autonomy of 534 km and a charging power of 175 kW.
The first deliveries of the Tesla Model 3 Standard will begin early next year, and more precisely from February 2026.
