iOS 26 unveils a new function to sleep better thanks to the call watch
After the Sleep apnea detectionAvailable on the Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10 and Ultra 2, the project of the moment for the apple firm would be to introduce a sleep score on its connected watches.
A site contributor MacrumorsSteve Moser, has indeed shared an index on this subject, from the last beta ofiOS 26. The code of Health more precisely includes the image of an Apple Watch, with in its center a figure “84” Surrounded by three bars of different colors – strongly recalling the colors used to represent the sleep phases and that of awakening in the application.
“The watch graphic is surrounded by sleep icons that Apple uses in different places in iOS, including a moon and stars, a” zzz “, an icon, an icon representing the stages of sleep, an awakening and, in a place, a thermometer”adds the media.
If we add to that the fact that the image is called “Watch focus score”it seems more than likely that Apple indeed concocts a sleep score on the Apple Watch. Apple Watch users could thus quickly assess the quality of their night recovery – a key data to anticipate their general shape throughout the day.
As a reminder, sleep scores are common on several models of connected watches, including on Galaxy Watch of Samsung, the Garmin, the Google Pixel Watchetc.
It remains to be seen whether Apple will release this novelty from the iOS 26 code to make it really accessible, or if it will stay there for some time. One thing is certain, everything will be clearer at the announcement of the Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3 and Se 3 At the start of the 2025 school year. This would indeed be the perfect time to reveal this function, since it could act as a new marketing argument for these new models.
