Why should we see season 6 of The Handmaid's Tale ?
1. New quality episodes
If some have forgotten the existence of the series carried by Elisabeth Moss or abandoned it along the way, others remained faithful to him. And if you've been good and you liked season 5 of The Handmaid's Taleso you will also like season 6! These new episodes are up to what the series has done best lately.
From the start of the season, the challenges for June, Serena, and the other characters in the series are strong and hold the spectator in suspense. The new dimension of the relationship between June and Serena also continues to be deepened in this new season and is more complex than ever. We can see in them a growing determination promising an explosive final for the series. Over the episodes of the secrets are revealed, masks fall and betrayals are multiplying, just to give everyone the desire to burn everything.

2.
The Handmaid's Tale has always been a deeply dark series (and not only in its artistic direction). Few are the moments when opponents of Gilead can be delighted with a victory against this authoritarian regime, and even more occasional are the good news. But in these new episodes, and with the help of a June decided to fight, the resistance really begins to have success.
And if all does not always go as the old servant would like, she at least takes the bull by the horns and immerses herself body and soul in a fight more fierce than ever against those who destroyed her life. The series then explores the question of the effectiveness of resistance and the need to have a strong leader to lead this type of fight, and it uses the character of June to answer them.

3. A distribution and characters always at the top
Let it be about Elisabeth Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Bradley Whitford, Ann Dowd (which we will see in the spin-off, The Testaments), Samira Wiley or Ot Fagbenle, everyone continues to shine in this last season of The Handmaid's Tale.
Newcomer to the casting, Josh Charles (The Good Wife) is also very effective in the guise of Nick's stepfather (Max Minghella), Commander Wharton. He arrives in New Bethlehem to remind everyone that it is Gilead who commands and each of his scenes is an opportunity to show the spectator that you have to be wary when things seem too beautiful to be true.
But the greatest strength of The Handmaid's Tale continues to be in the treatment of its protagonists. Serena Joy, who has experienced a most interesting trajectory since season 5, shows that the series always manages to offer her fans a story changing her characters and never leaving the spectator to blow. Serena is not the only one to have a particularly captivating course in the final stretch of the series.
