The Italian Ice Machine Ninja Swirl unblocks in France on July 28
With the Creami Deluxe And more recently the SlushNinja has established itself as one of the essential actors of what marketing calls the Frozen Treats, the frozen delights in the language of Désiré Doué. And to drive the nail a little more, the American manufacturer has developed the Swirl, a machine that prepares the ice to be served in the Italian. Indeed, the texture must be different from that of an ice served in a ball. It must be more smooth, more airy, without being too fluid so that the ice can be distributed in the rules of the art, as on the piazza del Duomo in Milan (or at almost all the glaciers in the world).

A creami with some additional options
The Ninja Swirl uses Creamify technology already present on Creami machines. As a reminder, a knife, which looks a bit like that of a blender, comes to grate the surface of a block of frozen food that you will have taken care to frighten upstream (the Swirl does not cool the ingredients) to create a kind of snow. The blade block is pushed downwards during the operation so that it is always in contact with frozen foods. At the same time, this snow is mixed by other blades to incorporate air and give the preparation the desired smoothness in an ice cream. After the 4 to 6 minutes that the process requires (it is a little longer than for the preparation of a conventional ice cream), the container is placed on the accommodation on the left side of the device before playing the controller to distribute the cream and the arm to obtain the conical shape, so characteristic of the Italian ice cream.
The pot is now positioned to serve the Italian ice cream.
On the figure side, the Ninja Swirl is equipped with an 800 watts engine to grate the ingredients, mix them and prepare the ice. Note that the device is not limited to Italian ice cream alone, since the manufacturer has planned 12 programs to satisfy all the desires of frozen desserts: sorbets, ice cream, milkshake, Italian ice cream, icy yogurts … The Swirl is delivered with two pots with a capacity of 470 ml, which allows 4 gourmet per container (or 8 people) to enjoy. However, it will take a little experience before handling the distribution lever with mastery which delivers the ice (3 speed of flow).
