The Wybot S2 Solar Vision joins our Comparison of pool robots With an unprecedented particularity: it recharges thanks to an submerged station connected to a solar panel. In practice, this allows him to extend his cleaning cycles without human intervention, as long as the sunshine is sufficient. A battery is integrated into the station and another in the robot, which allows the solar panel to recharge even when the robot is in action at the bottom of the water.

This model works without cable and moves independently on the bottom, the walls and the water line. It is controlled from a mobile application, with several cleaning modes and the possibility of programming its interventions. Another of the peculiarities made possible by the submerged station is communication with the robot which remains constant, even underwater, while most models cannot be ordered when they are in the basin.

Beware, however, of compatibility: the submerged station requires a pool without immersed in the whole periphery. The Wybot S2 Solar Vision is therefore intended for liner pools, tiles, concrete or polyester shell devoid of this constraint. We also note that the height between the edge on which the solar panel and the surface of the water rests is important if you have a pool shutter.

Finally, if this robot has seduced you, but your pool is not compatible with the submerged station, note that the Wybot brand offers the C2 Vision model with close characteristics, but without solar panel or submerged station.
