This helmet integrates augmented reality to revolutionize motorcycle driving
For several months now, the Toulouse company EyeLights has been offering the EyeRide, an accessory to attach to your motorcycle helmet to benefit from a heads-up display (HUD) in augmented reality. At the end of 2025, after a presentation end of 2024the Frenchman, in association with the Japanese manufacturer Shoei, officially launches the GT-AIR 3 Smart. According to them, this is the first helmet in the world to directly integrate augmented reality into the visor.
Augmented reality for greater motorcycle safety
Offered for pre-order at €1,199 (compared to €499 for the EyeRide, currently on sale for Black Friday) and available in several colors (white, matte gray, matte black, electric blue and Sharpen TV10), the GT-AIR 3 Smart therefore integrates a nano OLED FHD visor with HUD. It is thus possible to display several types of information directly on it (speed, mini-map, speed cameras, calls, music, notifications).

The data is projected 3 meters in front of the biker to, one imagines, prevent the eyes from going back and forth dangerously between the road and the information displayed. EyeLights in any case announces a 32% faster reaction time, as well as greater visual comfort than that offered by EyeRide.
In terms of autonomy, Eyelights promises more than 10 hours with the integrated battery, enough to cover most journeys comfortably. Intercom via a microphone with active noise reduction and speakers is not forgotten, with compatibility with all brands, unlimited range and no limit of users. The AI voice assistants Siri and Google are also compatible.
