EDR for endurance, the EDR range is the new segment dedicated to performance within Van Rysel bikes.
Do not get me wrong, “endurance” is not contradictory with “speed”. This is the challenge that our design team has noted.
The EDR setting is the ideal response to all competitors seeking a bicycle as comfortable in the high mountains as in mixed land.
The perfect combination between rigidity, lightness and comfort will make your old records fall without municipalities measures.
EDR setting and fork
With its 890 grams (gross in size M) the EDR frame and its fork are a cocktail of high modules fibers offering excellent rigidity at the bicycle, perceptible in the smallest recovery.

The orientation of the fibers was calculated to satisfy the most demanding climbers and runners on hilly and high mountain routes. A requirement perfectly meeting that of the high level and the professional peloton.

Brake running
A break -in period is necessary. Just make a series of 20 progressive braking at low speed (20 km/h), a second series at 30 km/h. The two brakes must be broken well.
Running allows better membership between the brochure and the disc.
