The history of the powerful friendship between two young black teenagers who cross the painful trials of a recovery center in Florida together.
Adapted from the eponymous novel by Colson Whitehead, Pulitzer Prize in 2020, Nickel Boys is signed by the unknown Ramell Ross, committed director of the black American community followed by a very special documentary style. Applaudi in many festivals and by criticism, Nickel Boys was appointed to the Oscar for best film and the best screenplay.

Green Book
In 1962, a somewhat rustic Italian-American became the driver of a black musical genius on the occasion of a tour in the South Segregationist.
Green Book is one of those beautiful films on a true and amazing story, carried by a duo of tasty actors: Mahershalah Ali and Viggo Mortensen. Biopic of pianist Don Shirley and his driver, the feature film mixes Buddy Movie And essential social questions, all rummaged with jazz and poetry. A comforting cocktail, and a safe bet.

Shrek
Shrek, a greenish, cynical and mischievous ogre, took up residence in a swamp which he believes to be a haven of peace, but he is disturbed by creatures. Shrek goes to the Lord Farquaad who promises to get rid of his swamp of invasive beings if he releases Princess Fiona from an abominable dragon. However, this one hides a terrifying secret that will lead Shrek in an exciting and perilous adventure. Are you fed up with the same stories of princesses and knights? Shrek is for you!
Hilarious rereading of a fairy tale, sprinkled with tasty modern references and cult scenes. This DreamWorks production, which has won the very first Oscar for the best animated film, may have graphics that are somewhat dated today, but the gags have not aged. Shrek Always remains, almost 25 after its release, a funny and regressive little happiness to see and review without moderation.

My Beautiful Boy
The world of David Sheff collapses when he discovers that his 18 -year -old son Nic is addicted to methamphetamine. David decides to do everything to save him, confronting his own limits but also with those of his family.
Based on the biographical bestseller of David Sheff and his son Nic Sheff, My Beautiful Boy is a heartbreaking family drama on addiction, served by a duo of touching actors (Steve Carell, Timothé Chalamet) and confusing accuracy. A film about it difficult, but which will not leave you indifferent.

Inception

In the aftermath of an even disappointing day Christmas Eve, Tim's father reveals to his son that all the men of the family have always had the ability to travel in time. Tim cannot change the course of history but he can change what's going on and has happened in his life.
Richard Curtis (Four weddings and a burial,, Love at first sight in Notting Hill,, Love news) Return behind the camera to offer us a new cult romantic comedy. Gladiator
General Roman Iberian Maximus is the most faithful support of Emperor Marc Aurèle. Little Miss Sunshine

A family road movie, sometimes comic, sometimes tragic, and deeply human, died of a gold casting: Steve Carell, Greg Kinnear, Toni Collette, Abigail Breslin, Paul Dano, Alan Arkin … to see or review without moderation.

Oss 117: Cairo nest of spy

Directed by Michel Hazanivicius (The Artist), this cult film that we no longer present is a great spy pastiche Sean Connery version. Jean Dujardin is perfect as a moron hero and macho, well accompanied by a casting of tasty second roles. Oss 117: Cairo nest of spy Warmly succeeds in his balancing number between tribute and mockery, and delivers a fine and quality comedy. Timeless.

The Lord of the Rings: The Community of the Ring
The young Hobbit Frodon Sacquet inherits a ring. It is the unique ring, an instrument of absolute power which would allow Sauron to reign on the land of the middle of the environment and to reduce its peoples in slavery … Unless Frodon and his faithful companions manage to transport him to Mordor, a place where he was forged, and destroy it forever.
This adaptation of the work of Jrr Tolkien, however deemed unsuitable, is a success in all respects. In addition to redefining the modern blockbuster and the Fantasy film, the director Peter Jackson does justice to the original work by his respect for the characters and the accuracy of his writing. Above all, he opens the visual horizons of a universe of an unrivaled richness, and chains wonderful scenes, sequences of crazy poetry and galvanizing moments. The first part of the trilogy is the favorite of Digitalbut the two suites are obviously essential.
