War of the Human Tanks is a narrative strategy game whose gameplay recalls the naval battle and failures. It stages a war where humanoid tanks embody loyalty, sacrifice and conflict.
This story takes place in a country vaguely reminiscent of contemporary Japan. Twenty years after the creation of the first Human tanksthe war between the Empire of Japan and the Kingdom of Japan has turned into proxy conflict, led exclusively by these humanoid tanks.
While the kingdom approaches the imperial capital, the Empire, formerly sovereign of the whole territory, prepares its last resistance. Lieutenant Shoutaro Daihon’ei from the Imperial Army takes the lead of his troops, accompanied by his faithful Human tanks.
