We finally know when the Navigo Liberté+ pass will arrive on iPhone and Android smartphones

Available In beta on Android since last Aprilthe Navigo Liberté+ pass is only a few days old with a global deployment on smartphones, both Android and iOS. It was in CNews that Valérie Pécresse, the president of the Ile-de-France region and Ile-de-France Mobilités, gave the expected date, beyond the already known “June” wave.

Thus, it is from June 23, 2025 that it will be possible to enjoy this pass more simply, used today by 1.3 million people out of the 3 million occasional Ile -de -France travelers. This dematerialized system allowing to do without the physical pass has been working as already the case since 2024 for Parisian transport titles. Once a Navigo Liberté+ (and a RIB) Pass) entered in the Île-de-France Mobilités application, it will be necessary to go through the latter on Android or by Apple cards on iPhone.

It will be noted that other subscriptions are still lacking in the call, including the annual pass, which should arrive before the end of 2025.
The navigo Liberté + pass generalized to all of Ile-de-France is a revolution since the user no longer needs to load tickets or make advances in funds.
An advantageous solution for occasional travelers
The Navigo Liberté+ pass offers several advantages for Ile -de -France residents, to whom this solution is reserved via proof, starting with a 20 % cheaper price of tickets: € 1.99 instead of € 2.50 for a metro/RER and € 1.60 ticket instead of € 2 for a bus/tram ticket. The correspondence between these transport methods is done without second ticket for 2 hours. In addition, no need to recharge it and payment is only made once, at the end of each month. Finally, daily expenses are capped at € 12.
