We tested the new Banana Pro from Gemini 3 and we were not disappointed. This very emblematic artificial intelligence had already amazed us when it was launched with its image editing and its immense possibilities. With this new version, it’s yet another leap forward for AI.

What’s new in Banana Pro
Banana Pro has just arrived with Gemini Pro 3. Several changes have been made, starting with better performance in the creation of images, even more real and coherent.
Second, more significant addition: the introduction of diagrams and infographics based on real-time data thanks to Google Search. Knowing that Nano Bana had already been used en masse by budding graphic designers, the arrival of such relevant data could once again shake up everything.

Finally, we know the limits of AI as ChatGPT concerning typographies and texts. Here too, Nano Bana Pro does well. Compared to OpenAI, the queries are fast and above all really execute what is asked of it.
However, Nano Banana still has a bit of trouble with correcting spelling errors. It will also not allow you to create texts that are too political or that “may express an opinion on a sensitive subject”.

Google also improves multi-source consistency: the model combines up to 14 elements, maintains the appearance of multiple people and creates complex images in 2K/4K, with more precise transformation, framing and lighting options.
Uses of Banana Pro 2
Google deploys Nano Banana Pro in most of its services: it becomes by default in the Gemini application, with variable quotas depending on subscriptions, and also arrives in Search (AI Mode), NotebookLM, Google Slides, Vids and Flow for eligible users.
Developers can access it via the Gemini API, Google AI Studio or Vertex AI, while third-party tools like Adobe, Firefly or Figma are already starting to integrate it. All generated images are tagged with SynthID, with a watermark visible for free and Pro accounts, removed for Ultra subscribers or via AI Studio.
